Vertical cylinder is convenient to check gelato-making processing and easy to add further ingredients if necessary.
Digital microcomputer operation system is easy to use, with English language; there are two operation programs , Time mode and Temperature mode to be choose .
We can take out the gelato or gelato can be stored in the device and can be sold at any time.
