3060 range free-standing soft serve freezers are suitable for those who requires medium to high production capability and high overrun; available with 380V power supply and enough space . for example : schools , shopping malls , entertainment places , also suitable for hotels , dessert shops , coffee shops which have enough open space .
The character of the machine with pump is that the overrun is adjustable, it provides fine texture , creamy soft gelato .
Stainless steel automatic adaptive mixer with adaptive POM scraper to ensure the touch with cylinder properly, to clean the cylinder wall well , hence to secure the cooling efficiency.
Touch-Screen display is to set and adjust the cooling and hardness of soft gelato; Automatic counting serve quantity and Night Mode.
Soft serve freezer with gravity system works as same method as batch freezer, mix the air and miscella through gravity, cooling then to generate soft gelato.
Adopt imported compressor and refrigeration accessories. The ingredient tank equipped with an independent refrigeration system. Design of efficiency refrigeration evaporator for cylinder.
Soft serve freezer provides a night mode program . During the night , the Miscela can be kept hygienically inside the machine with a low power consumption .
Starts the automatic thawing function when the hardness value achieves the set value or soft gelato is not take for long time .During the cleaning process , manually start the thawing shorten cleaning time significantly.
