Digital microcomputer operation system is easy to use , it shows the scheme of heating , sterilizing and cooling .
The sterilization can be varied between +65ºC and +85ºC , thanks to an automatic hygienization procedure , it is possible to keep the miscela up to 72 hours inside the machine without changing its nutritional properties.
